We are passionate about helping young athletes play at the collegiate level and are honored to represent athletes during their high school years. With our extensive nationwide network of college coaches, professional marketing, digital content creation, and guidance for every athlete, we provide a personalized approach every step of the way during an athlete's recruiting journey.

One thing that sets up apart from other recruiting companies is that we provide honest, transparent feedback regarding an athlete's ability to play at the next level. We rely on our experience and our experts to communicate honestly with athletes and their families regarding the athlete's ability to play at the next level. If we feel an athlete is not likely to play collegiate sports, we will not sign an agreement to represent them.

We develop a personal relationship with each athlete to determine their interests in what they would like to study in college and develop an academic plan to ensure they are on the right path to graduate. We also develop a personalized marketing plan for each athlete based upon our honest evaluation of their skill set for their sport and promote them based upon their evaluation. In addition, we work with the athlete's high school coaches and club sports coaches to help strategize about areas for improvement and suggest training services so they can continue to hone their skills prior to playing at the collegiate level. We communicate to college coaches throughout the recruiting process, but particularly ahead of camps, combines, junior days and club/select tournaments the athlete plans to attend so the coach can find and evaluate the athlete during these events. We believe in helping each athlete we serve by finding the right college home for them where they can further their education and continue playing the sport they love.

We are not an online warehouse that register thousands of athletes each year. Those types of services are typically always money-driven and don't have the time or resources to work with an athlete to find the perfect college and athletic program. Coaches are not interested in searching endlessly for recruits through these large online warehouses. They will recruit through camps, combines and other in-person events. In addition, coaches are also going to recruit athletes that they informed of through sources and businesses they trust. When college coaches recruit from LevelUp Sport Management, they will know our athletes have been thoroughly vetted through us and are qualified to play at the next level.
